In the Name of God Amane this 8 Day of
June - 1831 - I Samuel Ware Of the County of
Orang[e] & State of North Carotina[sic] Being very
Weake in Body But Of a perfect mind & memory
And Coling to Mind the Mortallyty of my Body
and knowing that it is appointed for all men onst
To Dye Do Make & Ordain this my last will & testa
=ment firs[t] Of all, I giv[e] my Soul to God that gave
It, and as touching my worley[worldly] afares whare with
It has ples'd God to bless me with, I giv[e] and
Bequea[t]h to my Beloved Wif[e] Gilley all my accts
Money and all my property that I am in persession
Of During hur life, and if my Daughter Or Son
Shold Marry During hur life or come to the years of maturity I otherise[authorize] my
Wife to give Either of them 1/3 one third part ["of the property"]
["She Shall think proper" x-out] of my Estate; and at hur Death the
Ballance Of the property left to be Eaquelly Devid
Bet[w]een my Daughter and Son,, I Do hearby
Disanul all Other wills or testaments and Consti
=tute this my last will and testament, In
Witness whareof I have hereunto set my hand
& seal the Day and Date above Writ[t]en
I leave my Wife my Executoor

Being verry Weak in body but Of a perfect mind and memory And
Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body and Knowing that it is
appointed for all men once To du[e] do make & ordain this my last will
& Testament (First) of all I gave my Soul to God that gave It
and as Tuching my Worldly affares where with It has pleased God
to bless me with I give and Bequeath to my Beloved Wife Gelly
all my accts Money and all my property that I am in possession
Of During her life and if my Daughter or son Should Marry
During her life or come to the years of maturity I otherwise[authorize] my
Wife to give Either of them one third part of my estate and at
her Death the Balance of the property left to be Equally
Devided Between my Daughter and Son I do herby disannul
all other Wills or Testaments and Constitute this my last will
and testament In Witness whereof I have here unto Set my
hand & Seal the day & date above Written I leave my wife my
Executor

The Execution of the foregoing Last Will & Testament
of Samuel Ware decd was duly proved in open Court by
the oath of Chesley M Patterson a Subscribing witness thereto
