It is my will & desire that all my Just debts shall be paid Secondly I give & bequeath to my friend Richard Tapp in trust and perfect confidence all the Ballance of my personal property of every description after a saficent quantity to be sold of that can be spared best from my family to pay all my Just debts & I otherise[authorize] my friend Richard Tapp to use the above named Ballance of property to the use of my beloved wife & Children and no other as he think best for them during hir natural life or widowhood and at hir marriage or de[a]th to be sold and equal[ly] div[id]ed amoungst all my Children Richard Watson Wm. Watson Andrew Watson Archable Watson Elizabeth Watson Rebeca Watson Sarah Watson. Term 1851 The foregoing last Will and testament of James R Watson was duly proven on the oaths of Wm H Tapp & Judson Riley the Subscribing witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded --- At the same time William McCauley the Exr. therein named appeared in open Court & qualified accordingly Test Additional Comments: Will Book Volume G, pages 4-5 Recorded unknown date Estate Papers comprise 12 pages and are found in folder labeled "Watson, James R (1851)". No family history found. The folder labeled "Watson, James (1851)" pertains to a testator with widow named Margaret.
