My will is that my Son Alexander Watson have two negro boys one by the name of Vince the other by the name John also one bed and bedding to him and his heirs for ever Item I Give and beque[a]th to My Daughter Julia Ann Watson one Negro woman by the name of Maryann also one boy named Jim one bed and bedding to hur and hur heirs forever My will is that My Daughter Julia Ann Watson have four hundred Dollars in money the difference in valuation between Vince and Maryann. My will is that my daughter Julia Ann Watson have one hundred Dollars in money for hur services and attention to me Item My will is that my tract of land adjoining the plantation whereon I now live containing Eighty three and four fifths acres be Equally divided between my two children Alexander Watson & Julia Ann Watson: to them and their heirs forever Item My will is that all the remainder of my property be sold and equally divided between my Son and Daughter Alexander Watson and Julia Ann Watson Consisting of one tract of Land lying on the head watters of Mill Creek adjoining the Lands of Julius Watson and others Containing thirty nine acres also all my Stock of all kines farming utencils house hold and kitcheon furniture and Every thing else of which I am possessed to them and their heirs forever [page 2] Lastly I make and ordain Joseph H. Latta and John .W. Latta Executors of this my last will and testament and by this revoking anny former will by me made in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15 day of April 1854 Signed & sealed in Wilson Watson (seal) Presence of Test Frederick Williams Jurat Joseph .S.
