First that my executor (hereinafter named) shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relations and friends, and pay all funeral expenses together with my Just debts however and to whomsoever owing out of the moneyes that may first come into his hand as a part or parcel of my estate Item I give and devise to my sister Nancy Cole fifty cents Item I give and devise to my sister Susannah Craig one negro boy, Squire and the land whereon I now live together with all my farming utencils of every description and black smith tools, all my household stuff of every description, all my live stock of every kind, and also one wagon, and all my produce of every kind and growing crops that may be on hand at the time of my decease also I give and devise to my sister Susannah Craig all my interest in the tract of land whereon my step mother Nancy White now lives and also my interest in the negro boy Walter at the death or marriage of my step mother Furthermore it is my wish and desire that my two negro womin Bettie and Sealy shall be sold to the highest bidder and that the money for which they are sold to be paid to my sister Susannah Craig and that all the money due me at the time of my decease after all my Just debts are paid shall be paid to my sister Susannah Craig and further [page 2] I appoint William J.
