Item 1 I give and devise to my wife Fannie Whitted my home house and two acres of land upon a part of which the house sits and after her death the same to go to my son Robert Whitted. Item 2 I give to my son Robert Whitted two acres of land lyin on the south east corner of my plot. Item 3 I give to my grandson Edward Whitted two acres of land situated on the west end of the same plot. Item 5 The present drive way leading to the highway shall continue as it now stands. Item I do give to my grand daughter Elizza Whitted two acres of land lying on the southwest corner of my plot. The remainder of my land shall be used to pay my expenses what ever they may be. I hereby nominate Anderson Whitted of Hillsboro my executor, whom I authorize to execute this my last will and testament without bond. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal.
