Be it remembered that I Frances Wilkinson of orang[e] County & State of north
Carolina being in parfict health of body and mind thanks be to God but Calling
to mind the mortallity of my body and knowing that it is appointed for
all men once to dei do meake this my last Will and testament and as touching
Such worldly estate weare with it has pleased God to bless me in this
life with I give divise and dispose of the Same in the following manner and
and[sic] form viz

first it is my Will that my funerel expences and all my Juest debts be first paide

Item I give and be queth to my Son John my Clok[clock/cloak] for ever

I give and be queth to my Son William the plantation whear on I now live
and Wagen for ever By paying ten pounds to his brother Danel

the Remening part of my Eastate to be equly devid be twen my Six Childern[sic]

I do Constitute make and ordain my tow[sic] sons Joh[n] and Danel Executirs of this
my Last will and testement and I do hear by utterly dis alow revoke
dis anoul all and every other testements wills lagacies bequeths and exacutors
by me made in anni[any] wise before made wil[l]ed and bequethed rattefiing[sic] this and
no other to be my last will and testement in witness whear of I heave
hear unto set my hand and seal this 26 day of the 9 month in the year
of our Lord 1803 Signed Se[a]led published pronowsed and declared by the
Said Frances Wilkinson his last will and testament in the presents
of each of us Heave hear unto subscribed our names

Be it remembered that I Francis Wilkinson of Orange County and State

this and no other to be my last will and Testament in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day
of the 9 month in the year of our Lord 1803
