In the name of God amen - I William Wilkinson
of the County of Orange and State of North Carolina
being weak in boddy but sound in mind and
memory, Calling to mind the mortality of the boddy
and knowing that it is ap[p]ointed for all men once
to die, do this 29th day of May ( in the year of
our Lord 1845 Make and declare this my last
will & testament in manner following that is
to say -- First I Give and Commend my soul
to God who gave it and my boddy to the earth
to be decently inttered and with Respect to the
worldly estate with whitch God has bles[s]ed me
with . I demise and dispose of in the following
manner and form ----

It is my will and desire that my beloved wife
Mary have and possess all my real and
personall property During her life - and at
the death of my wife My Real as well as my
personal property be sold and be Equally
devided amongst all my Children

In witness whereof I set my hand and seal on
the day and date of the year above Ritten

dren   In witness whereof I set my
hand & seal on the day & date of the
year above written

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & Testament
of William Wilkinson Decd was duly proven in
open Court on the Oaths of John L Woods &
Lemuel Wilkinson the subscribing witnesses
thereto & ordered to be recorded
