I demise and dispose of in the following manner and form ---- It is my will and desire that my beloved wife Mary have and possess all my real and personall property During her life - and at the death of my wife My Real as well as my personal property be sold and be Equally devided amongst all my Children In witness whereof I set my hand and seal on the day and date of the year above Ritten Sighned in the presence of Test John L.
