April 27th 1850 - In the
name of God - Amen - I David
Williams being in feeble
health but of sound and
disposing mind & memory
do make this my last will
& testament

        I wish all my just
debts paid -

I give & Bequeath all my
property both real & personal
to my wife Lydia during
her life - after her death
to be equally divided
between my children

    I appoint my son Frederick
Williams and my wife Lydia
Executors to this my last will
& Testament

    In testimony I have
hereunto set my hand & seal
day & date above written ~~
27 April 1850     his

The execution of the foregoing last will
& Testament of David Williams deceased
was duly proved in open Court by the
oath of Walter A Norwood one of the
subscribing witnesses thereto & ordered to be
Recorded at the same time ~ Frederick
Williams one of the executors therein
named appeared in open Court and
qualified accordingly
