In the name of God, Amen ~~~~

    I Martha Williams of the County of Orange
and State of North Carolina, being at this
time, of a low situation of health, and Body, by
reason of Sickness, but of perfect mind & memory
and knowing that it is appointed for All, once to
Die, do make this my last Will, and Testament

    In the first place, I will my Spirit to
Almighty God, who gave it to me, and my
Body to the Earth in decent Burial, at the
discretion of my Friends, hoping to receive the
Same again at the Resurrection of the Dead, thro
the mighty power of God &c And as touching
my Worldly Affairs, I will all my hous[e]hold and
Kitchen Furniture (and Loom) to my beloved Sister Hester ~~~
as also my part of Land containing by estimation fifty
Acres to said Hester Williams ~~~~ As also the
third part of my Money and Notes ~~~~ and all
my wearing Cloathes and, Saddle to be at her disposal
~~~ I Will and bequeath to my beloved Brother James
Williams all my Stock of every Kind, and my stand
of Drawers, with a third of all my money and Notes;
I will, to my beloved Sister Nancy Williams, my bed
and furniture with a third part of my money and
Notes ~~~~ I hereunto set my hand and Seal in
    Testimony of the Same February 2d Day 1806

cretion of my friends hoping to receive the same again at the resur-
rection of the dead through the mighty power of God and as Touching
my Worldly affairs I will all my household and kitchen furniture
and Loom to my beloved Sister Hester as also my part of Lands con-
taining by estimation fifty acres to said Hester Williams ~~ as also
the third part of my Money & Notes ~~ and all my wearing Clothes &

The execution of the foregoing last Will & Testament of Martha
Williams Decd. was duly proved by the subscribing witnesses
and ordered to be recorded at the same time James Williams
