Wilson, Felix Wilson, Sally Rountree, Elizabeth Dickson, Nancy Nichols & Harriet Walker Secondly - I give and bequeath unto my son Felix Wilson the tract of land whereon he now resides known as the Person Berry Place, Thirdly, I give & bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Wilson the following negro slaves viz. Grace, Clara, Jack, Jane, Betsey, Jerry & Wilson, two Horses known by the names of Dick & Susy ten head of hogs four cows & Calves her own choice 20 sheep & waggon & ? gear two plows 3 hoes 2 Mattocks, 2 Iron wedges 3 beds & furniture 2 tables 1 cupboard and contents 1 clock 1 stand drawers 8 chairs 1 carryall & Harness the above named property & articles to be selected by herself from among my stock furniture & It is my will further that my two negroes Grace & Clara left to my wife Elizabeth Wilson during her life shall at her death go to my two sons Charles Wilson & John Wilson (viz) Grace to Charles & Clara to John W. Wilson. It is my will further that the property left my wife Elizabeth Wilson, only as heretofore (Excepted) shall be sold at her death & the proceeds Equally divided between my children namely - Charles Wilson John W. Wilson Felix Wilson Sally Rountree Elizabeth Dickson, Nancy Nichols & Harriet Walker. It is my will further that my two tracts of land known as the Turner Place & the Ray Place shall be sold at the death of my wife Elizabeth Wilson & the monies arising therefrom equally divided among my children, Namely, Charles Wilson, John W. Wilson Felix Wilson Sally Rountree Elizabeth Dickson Nancy Nichols & Harriet Walker. It is my will further that at my death all the residue of my stock crop & provisions ? shall be sold and out of the proceeds my Executors shall pay over twenty five dollars to each of my three daughters now in the west (viz) Lotty Cates, Jane Taylor & Polly Robards & the residue to be Equally divided among my children namely Charles Wilson, John W. Wilson, Felix Wilson, Sally Rountree, Elizabeth Dickson Nancy Nichols & Harriet Walker. I give and bequeath unto my son Charles Wilson two negroes known by the name of Aaron & Jim, Secondly , I give unto my son John W. Wilson two negroes named Anny & Frank Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my son Felix Wilson to negroes named Solomon & Si, Fourthly I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Sally Rountree two negroes named Rose & Emeline- Fifthly I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Dickson one negro girl named Melissa (Sixthly) I give & bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Nichols one negro Girl named Nan? Seventhly, I give & bequeath unto my daughter Harriet Walker two negros named Lucy & Benton, It is my will further that whatever monies may be on hand debts due or property not herein given shall be equally divided between my children Charles Wilson, John W. Wilson, Felix Wilson Sally Rountree Elizabeth Dickson Nancy Nichols & Harriet Walker and I hereby make & ordain my two sons Charles Wilson & John W. The Execution of the foregoing last will and testament of Samuel Wilson dec'd was duly proved in open court by the oaths of Jas Holeman & Alex Robinson the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded- At the same time Charles Wilson one of the Executors therein named appeared and qualified accordingly.
