               In the Name of God Amen

I Charles Wilson of Orange County & State of North Carolina being on
the Decline of life though of perfect mind & memory Blessed be God for it
Calling to mind the Certainly of Death I resign my body to the Dust from whence
it Came & Soul to Almighty God who gave it & as to the temporal property it hath
pleased God to Bless me with in this Life I Dispose of as in following manner Viz

1st All my Lawful Debts & funiral Expences to be paid

Secondly I will & Bequeath to my Daughter Sally Wilson the Half of my Lands
& plantation whereon I now Live

thirdly I give & Bequeath to my Daughter Rachel Dunn the other Half of my
Lands & and a horse

fo[u]rthly I give & Bequeath to my Daughter Sally Wilson one mare & Colt & also
My Hous[e]hold furniture & also a Cow & Calf & Half the Hogs & a Loom

fifthly I give & Bequeath to my Da[u]ghter Rachel Dunn one Cow & the Ballance
of my Hogs

Sixthly I give & Bequeath to my grand Daughter Elenor Dunn one young
Cow also I Appoint my trusty friend Isaac Rainey & Robert
McKee Executors of this my Last will & testament making Void all
Other wills & testaments Hitherto by my Made In witness of the
Same I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this twentyeth Day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred & two

The Execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament
of Chrales Wilson decd was duly proved in open Court
by the Oath of John Rainey and Polly McKee subscribing
witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded ~~ At the Same time
