Testator: John Wilson

I John Wilson of Orange County and State
of N.C. being weak of body but of sound
and disposing mind and memory do con
stitute and ordain this my last will
and Testament in manner and form
as follows (Viz)

    First that all my Just debts be
paid

    Second It is my Will and desire that
my Wife Nancy Wilson have during
her life the Houses where I now live
and one third of the Land and one Bay
Mare Called Jewel Two Beds & furniture
all the Kitchen furniture consisting of
Pots, ovens, Plates, dishes, knives, forks &c
And the Tables & chairs.

And further I give and bequeath to
my Wife Nancy Wilson a Negro woman
Janey???? and child & their increase dur
ing her Widow-hood and at her
death or Marriage it is my Will
and desire that they & their increase
be sold on a credit of twelve Months
and the proceed[s] to be equally divided among
my Children. Also I give to my wife
all my stock of Cows & Hoggs during her
widowhood.  Also fifty Barrels corn

    It is my Wish that my old Negro Man
Antony be maintained out of My Estate
and the Residue of every description except

My land I hereby request my Executors
hereafter to be named to sell at a
Credit of twelve Months and the
amount to be equally divided be
tween my Children Share and Share
alike.  The land at the death of my
Wife I also wish sold on a Credit of
twelve Months & to be equally divided
among my Children And my Executors
are hereby authorised to sell and convey the
same or the survivor or survivors of
them.

    Lastly I do by these presents appoint
constitute and Ordain My Trusty
friends James Walker and Herbert Sims
My Executors to this my last will
given under my hand and seal
this 4th November 1812
