And further I give and bequeath to my Wife Nancy Wilson a Negro woman Janey???? and child & their increase dur ing her Widow-hood and at her death or Marriage it is my Will and desire that they & their increase be sold on a credit of twelve Months and the proceed[s] to be equally divided among my Children. Also I give to my wife all my stock of Cows & Hoggs during her widowhood. Also fifty Barrels corn It is my Wish that my old Negro Man Antony be maintained out of My Estate and the Residue of every description except [page 2] My land I hereby request my Executors hereafter to be named to sell at a Credit of twelve Months and the amount to be equally divided be tween my Children Share and Share alike. The land at the death of my Wife I also wish sold on a Credit of twelve Months & to be equally divided among my Children And my Executors are hereby authorised to sell and convey the same or the survivor or survivors of them.
