Joseph Hannah and Lydia also one Boy by the name of Frank and one girl Child by the name of Charlotte together with all my farm= =ing Tools and utensils of every description Including my Threshing machine and Dutch Fan also all my Household and Kitchen furniture excepting such as belong to my two Daughters Rhoda and Martha also my Still; Stands; and Barrels, &c together with my Waggon and Gear and two Horses her choice also as many of my cattle Hoggs and sheep as she may think proper to take 3rdly I Give to my Daughter Martha Wilson my negro Woman Nelly and her two Children Rachel and Sarah them and their Increase hereafter to belong to her and her Heirs for ever I also give her one Good Horse Saddle and Bridle Two good Cows and Calves 4thly I Give to my Daughter Rhoda Wilson my Negro Boys Howell and Anthony and my negro Girl Lucy to belong to her and her Heirs forever I also give her one good Horse Saddle and Bridle Tow[sic] good cows and Calves 5thly After the death of my Wife I Give and Devise to my Daughter Amy Atwater all my land lying west of the Road leading from Adams to Burnett; during her life,, and after her death it is my Will that the said Lands should be Equally divided amongst the Children of my said Daugh =ter (Amy Atwater) and their representatives - share and share alike [page 2] 6thly I give to my Daughter Nancey Tripps Children (towit) Martha Tripp Elizabeth Tripp Eunice Tripp Polly Tripp Millicent Tripp John Wilson Tripp & William Blummer Tripp the sum of fifty Dollars each to be paid to them as they respectively ar[r]ive at age or mar[r]y and should any one or more of them die before ar[r]iving at age or mar[r]ying it is my will that his her or their Legacy should be equally divided among the Survivors; these legacies to be paid after the death of my Wife and not before and to be paid without interest 7thly I Give to my Grandson Wilson Atwater the Sum of fifty Dollars to be paid whenever my Estate will admit of it 8thly After the death of my wife [I] Give to my Daughter Millicent Pritchet my Negro Boy Frank 9thly after the death of my Wife I Give to my Daughter Lois Cole my Negro Woman Lydia and [~~~~ x-out ~~~~] [~~~~ x-out ~~~~] Increase 10thly After the death of my Wife I Give to my Daughter Elizabeth McCauley my Negro Boy Stephen and my Negro man Arter 11th After the death of my Wife It is my will and desire that all my Lands lying East of the Road leading from Adams's to Burnett be Equally Divided between my Daughters Rhoda and Martha by a line from Samuel Nevills line running between my Dwelling House and the meeting House to Farringtons line, all the lands lying East of said line Including my Dwelling House and plantation attached thereto I Give and Devise to my Daughter Rhoda and her Heirs for ever ~ The Land lying west of said line Including my Barn and meeting House I Give and Devise to my Daughter Martha and her Heirs forever I also give to my said Daughter Rhoda and Martha all my Household and Kitchen furniture after the Death of my Wife 12th after the death of my Wife it is my Will and Desire [page 3] that all the rest and residue of my Estate not herein before Disposed of shall be sold and the proceeds thereof Equally Divided.
