In the name of God Amen, I Stephen Wilson of the County of Orange & State
of Northcarolina Being at preasent Weak in Body, but in a reasonable mind and
Memory, do Make and Ordain this my last Will and testament, and touching my Worldly
Estate wharewith it hath pleased God to Bless me with, I give Bequeath and devise in the
Fol[l]owing Manner; And first of all, I recommend my soul into the hand of God that gave it;
And my Body to the Earth to be Buried in a decent and Christian Like Manner at the discretion
Of my friends, and for the set[t]ling of my temporal estate I do order, give and devise the same in
manner and form following; First I Will that all My Just debts Be paid by my Exacutors hereafter
Named, I give and bequeath to my loving Wife Sarah the third of the house firneture and the
Third of the stock also a Negro Man Named Anthony dureing her life or While she remains
Single but at her Marriage or death the negro alone to be my son John's and I give & bequeath
To my son John all my lands Except one hundred Acres Joining Mr. Tilleys line and to be taken
The Whole length of his line also one third of the houselfurniture and one third of the stock
And I give and bequeath to My daughter Sarah one hundred acres of land Joining
Mr Tilley's line and to be taken the whole length of his line and one third of the housel
Furniture and one third of the Stock also one Stone Colt Nam'd Jolly; And I give and bequeath
To William Dollar one English Crown, besides what I have given him; I give and bequeath
To William Guess one English Crown besides what I have given him, I Constitute
And Ordain these my Exacutors of my last will and testament William Cain and
My loving wife Sarah My whole and Sole Executors of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of February
In the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and three

The Execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Ste
phen Willson decd. was duly proved in open Court by the
Oaths of Thomas Latta & John Latta Subscribing Witnesses there
to and ordered to be recorded ~~ At the same time the Exrs. therein
named qualified accordingly

Estate Papers comprise 103 pages and are found in a folder labeled "Wilson, Stephen (1813)". Despite the number of pages, there is very little family history here.  These papers mostly (entirely?) deal with disputes about the ownership, boundaries and division of land.
