First I Give & bequeath to my wife Sally Woods all the tract of land & planta =tion whereon I now live on the west side of the Hillsborough Road containing one Hun =dred & Sixty four acres more or less on road waggon four pr Geer one Negro woman named Dicy one negro Boy named Henry on foalden Table one Bureau one cupboard & furniture all my seting chars Ten head hogs first choice four head of cattle first choice Two Horses first choice one clock all my Cooking utensils one Loom & Geer Two plows one candle stand five head of sheep first choice one bed bedstead & furniture & Twenty five dollars in cash one side saddle one real one cotton wheel one flax wheel all my growing crop for [the] support of the family during he[r] widow hood & at her death or marriage all the above named property is to be sold except the land & equally divided between my four children (to wit) Rufus Woods Mary R Woods Eli J Woods & Simpson N Woods Second I Give & bequeath to my son Rufus Woods, the one half [of] the tract of land called Hugh Woods tract containing three Hundred Acres more or less one Bed & furniture Second[sic - should be "third"] I Give & bequeath to my daughter Mary R Woods all my tract of Land on the east side of Hillsborough Road called the vacant land adjoining Josiah Turner Joseph Brown & others contain- ing Sixty acres more or less [page 2] one Bed & furniture one Folden Table one Bureau fourth I Give & bequeath to my son Eli Jasper Woods the one half the tract of land called the hugh Woods tract containing three hundred acres more or less one Bed & furniture fifth I Give & bequeath to my son Simpson N.
