In the Name of God Amen I
Isaac Write of Saint Mathew Parish and County
of Orange in the Province of North Carolina Being
Week[sic] in Body but of Perfect mind and memory
well knowing that uncerta[i]nty of this Life do
ordain Constitute and ap[p]oint this my last Will
and Testament in manner and form following

First I commend my soul to Almighty God who
gave it my Body to the Earth to be decently
Buried at the Discresion of my Executors. ~~
hereafter mentioned and for my worl[dl]y
which God of his mercy has been pleased
to Bestow on me after my Just debts and
funerall Expenses being first paid I will
and Bequeath in manner and form following

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my
beloved Wife Mary Write the Third part of
my moovable Estate to be taken as it is apraised

Item I give and Bequeath unto my two Sons
Zacarias Write and Isaac Write all the ~~~~
possession of Land I now live on to be Equally
divided between them at there[sic] coming of Age.
and further my Will is that so much of their
parts of the Mooveables to them hereafter mentioned
to be sold as will clear the Land at the time
of there being an ofice[?]

Itim my will and disire is that all the rest of
my Estate to be Equally divided amongst all
my Children Providence, Zacarias, Mary and Isaac
Write and further my Will is that all my Estate
Remain in the hand of my beloved Wife Mary
Write or sold to Keep and raise my Childrin

and further I do constitute and ap[p]oint
my Beloved Wife Mary Write hole and
Sole my Executrix to this my Last Will
and Testement in Testimoney hereof I have
hereunto set my hand and fix my
seal this Twenty Sixth day of May in
the Year of our Lord one thousand and Seven
hundred and Seventy Two interlind Lind
before signd Cathrun the Sixth and seventh
