In the Name of God Amen this twenty first Day of
April in the years of our lord one thousand eight hundred
fifteen I Elizabeth Wyatt of county of Orange and
State of North Carolina being old and weak of Body
but of sound and perfect mind and memory and knowing
the certainty of Death Do make and ordain this my
Last will and testament in manner and form following

I Give and Bequeath unto my three children Joshua
Wyatt Frederick Wyatt and Elizabeth Benson, my negro
woman Phillis and my negro Girl Tener, and negro Boy
Abram and negro Girl Jenney and all the increase my
negro woman Phillis may have hereafter, to be equally
Davided amongst them after my Decease, ~~~~~~~~~

I also give and bequeath unto my son in law Benjamin
Simpson one Dollar. And I heare nominate and appoint
my two sons Joshua Wyatt and Frederick Wyatt my
Executors to this my last will and testament and I Do
heare by Disannul and make void all other wills but
this alone In witness whare of I have heare unto set
my hand and seal the Day and year first above  written

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & Testament of Elizabeth Wyatt decd.
was duly proved in open Court by oaths of Anderson Kind & David
King subscribing witnesses thereto and Order to be recorded at the
same time Joshua Wyatt one of the Executor therein named qualified
