I Benjamin Yeargin of Orange County & State of North
Carolina Being in perfect mind and memory and fully
Convinced of the Mortality of my Body and that I soon
Shall be no more ~~~ do Make this my last will and
Testament in Manner and form as follows ~~~~

    That is as touching such property as It hath been
My Lot to be possess'd of My Just debts being paid

I Give and Bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Yeargin
five hundred Acres of land in Wilkes County on the
waters of Cub creek on the South side of the Yadkin &
Near the Courthouse in Wilksborough Three Negroes (Vizt)
A Negro Man known by the Name of Time with
Dick & Rose one Mare and Saddle Two Beds &
furniture also My Claim by Bill of Sale on the
Estate of Edwards in Conjunction with J. Yeargin with
one Bay horse that I Bought of Caldwell ["with all" x-out]
with all Bonds & Accompts that are found in My
Possession, during her Natural life Then to be
Equally Divided among three of my Children
Vizt, Mark M Yeargin Harriet Forsythe and
Bartlett Yeargin I Give & Bequeath to my daughter
Charlotte H. Nunn Ten Shillings I Give & Bequeath
to My son Mark M Yeargin all my Land on the
North Side of the Yadkin in Wilkes County Containing
About Seven hundred Acres on the waters of Mulberry
Creek I Give & bequeath to my daughter Harriet
Forsyth Ten Shillings Currency I Give to my son
Bartlett Yeargin ten Shillings Currency ~~~~~

And I do hearby Nominate And ap[p]oint James Forsyth
& Bartlett Yeargin Executors and my wife Sarah Yeargin
Executrix of this my last will and Testament and
Recom[m]end It to them after my decease to Sell of[f] all
and put the money to Interest for the Support of
my wife dureing her life And I Revoke disannul
Every other will promise or Otherwise declareing this
to be my will and testament In witness whereof
I have hearunto Set My hand & Seal this 18th day
of december in year of our lord 1811 ~~~~

I Benjamin Yeargin of Orange County and State of

on the waters of Mulberry Creek I give and bequeath to my
Daughter Harriet Forsythe Ten Shillings Currency. I give to
my son Bartlett Yeargin in[?] Ten shillings Currency ~~~~~

And I do hereby nominate and appoint James Forsythe &
Bartlett Yeargin Executors and my Wife Sarah Yeargin
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and recom
-mend it to them after my decease to sell off all and put the
money to Interest for the support of my Wife during her life
And I revoke disannul every other will promise or otherwise

The Execution of the foregoing last Will and Testa
ment of Benjamin Yeargin Decd. was duly proved in open
Court by the oath of David Strain subscribing witness there
