Secondly that all my Lawfull Debts be justly paid Thirdly I Give and bequeath the use and Benefits of all my Lands to my Wife as Long as She Lives Single on ye Land Afterwards my Lands to at the Disposal of my Father John Young ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fourthly I will that my moveable Esteate be Divided into Two Equel parts my Wife to Enjoy one part and my Son John the other if my Wife is Now with Child and it Comes to perfection, then I will that my moveable Esteate be Equally Devided between my Wife and two Children ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ and I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend Robeart Agnew and my Wife Executors of this my Last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the Said Joseph Young have to this my Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal the Day and Year above Written Signed Sealed published and Joseph Young Declared by the said Joseph Young as his Last will and Testament in the presence of us ~~~~~~ Wm.
