(torn and taped), wench named vilet, other cattle, etc. called his. Daughter Ann Dawson: Negro men Sip and Pomp and women named Cloe and Hannah and Frank. (Other household things). Daughter Mary Francks: Negro man Glasco, women Dinah and Lettis. Grandson Francis Shine land along the river. Grandson William Carruthers money (who was the son of my daughter Elizabeth). I give and bequeath unto Euphania Clements, (the daughter of Zylphia Clements) all my right, title and interest,, to and in, any property which I now have in possession or may havve hrerafter in possession, or which may in any wise accrue to me. I appoint Samuel Simpson, of Newbern, Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 8 July 1809.
