December Term, 1812

THOMAS AUTEN & WILLIAM DILMER
        vs.
THOMAS WRIGHT

Original Attachment levied on the estate of THOMAS WRIGHT, late of the Town of 
Wilmington

It is ordered that notice thereof be given to the said THOMAS WRIGHT in the 
Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appear at the next Term of the 
first Monday in March next and replevies his estate and pleads to this action, 
judgement final will be entered up against him.
