March Term, 1810

BENJAMIN BAILEY
     vs.
BENJAMIN DUVET

Attachment, judgment by default, returned, levied on two Negroes 

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
Defendant, BENJAMIN DUVET, resides beyond the limits of this State.It is 
ordered that three months notice be given him in the Edenton Gazette, that 
unless he appear at the next term of this Court and plead, answer, or demur, 
final judgment will be entered against him.
