Dec. Term, 1812

WILSON BLOUNT
    vs.
JOHN KOEN, JR.

Original Attachment -- Returnable at the present Term and the Sheriff having 
returned

It is ordered that notice thereof be given to the said JOHN KOEN, JR. in the 
Edenton Gazette for three months successively that unless he appears at the 
next term of the said Court on the first Monday in March next, and replevies 
his estate, and pleads to said action, final judgment will be entered up 
against him.
