Petition for Divorce and Alimony

The Sheriff having returned the process in this case, "not to be found and 
that ELISHA HARRELL resides in the State of Tennessee" and proclamation being 
made at the Court House Door by the sheriff according to law:

Ordered by the Court, let publication be made for three months in the Edenton 
Gazette and Raleigh Star.
