STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF PASQUOTANK COUNTY
September Term, 1817

REV. JOHN ROWE
      vs.
HEZEKIAH CARTWRIGHT

Original Attachment: Returnable at the present term of this Court and the 
Sheriff having returned thereon that he levied on a Tract of Land and summoned 
DAVID PRITCHARD, as garnishee.

It is ordered that notice for three months be given that unless HEZEKIAH 
CARTWRIGHT, the defendant, appears at the next term of said Court on the first 
Monday in December next, replevies his estate and pleads to the said action, 
final judgment will be entered up against him.
