STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    PASQUOTANK COUNTY COURT
Sept. Term, 1806

JAMES L. SHANNONHOUSE

       Vs.

JEREMIAH MURDEN, deceased, late of Charleston, S. C.

Original Attachment Levied on lands, ANTHONY BUTLER summoned as Garnishee

   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JEREMIAH 
MURDEN, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three months for the Defendant to appear at the 
next Term of this Court. To be held for Pasquotank County on the 1st Monday in 
March to plead, answer or demur to this petition, or judgment will be entered 
up against him.
