Alma Mae Mason 

(April 26, 1946 - March 7, 2012) 

Elizabeth City, NC - Alma Mae Mason, 65, formerly of Franklin, passed away 
Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Sentara Norfolk General. She was a daughter of the 
late Rabie Henry and Maggie Channings Jernigan and was also predeceased by a 
brother, Clearence R. Jernigan. Left to cherish her memory are her three 
daughters, Linda K. Dundlow, Carolyn A. Darden and Karen F. Lassiter; one son, 
Ray Lassiter, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service 
will be held at 7PM Friday, March 9, 2012 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin 
with Rev. Ray Vann officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be 
made to Linda K. Dundlow, 9005 Jasmine Lane, Franklin, VA 23851.
