Revoking & disannulling all other wills and testaments heretofore by me made ratifying this and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In manner and form following my will is: that all my just debts and funeral expenses be __?___ and fully paid in convenient time after my decease by my executors hereafter named. Imprimis: I give and bequeath to my loving son Edward Mayo my plantation whereon I now live that part which is on this side the beaver(?) damm: to him and his heirs forever: but in case my said son dys without issue: my will is that my three daughters namely Mary, Elizabeth & Sarah Mayo have all ye above mentioned plantation with ye apurtenances __?__ unto belonging to them and their heirs. Item I give and bequeath to my son Edward Mayo one feather bedd and furniture one pewter dish and two plates one iron pott and stone jugg also one great Bible. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Mayo one feather bedd and furniture, one pewter dish & two plates one stone jugg and pewter dish. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Mayo all my land on ye south side of the beaver(?) damm to her & her heirs forever also one pewter dish & two plates one stone jugg Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Mayo one feather bedd and furniture one pewter dish & two plates one pewter bason(?) & one stone jugg Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Mayo one feather bedd and furniture One pewter dish & two plates one ( and one stone jugg Item I give and bequeath to my son Joseph Mayo one feather bedd and furniture one large brass __?___ one pewter dish and two plates one bason (?) & one stone jugg Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Mary Mayo all ye remaining part of my personal estate whom: I do nominate and appoint together with my loving brother Thomas Jessop my executors of this my last will and testament and it is my will that my wife shall live on my plantation during her natural life without any molestation as witness my hand the 12th day of ye 8th month 1724 Signed, sealed and _____ Edward Mayo (signature) by ye sd.
