I give to my Son Josiah and to his heirs forever my manner Plantation and the Land belonging to it down to the head of a branch where Ross did live so down a line of marked trees to the corner tree of my new survey and my negro named Tesiniah and one fether bead and furniture and one mair and my gun and cutlash and one iron pot and my handmill and my tools and one chest and one stone jugg and my ovel table Item I give to my son Elisha to his heirs forever Plantation known by the name of Monks and the land belonging to it and my negro named Antony and one feather bead and furniture and one mair and one iron pot and one case of bottles and one small trunk and two large Puter Basons and one puter Dish Item I give to my Daughter Sarah and to her heirs forever Eighty acres of Land more or less according to the Bounds at the East End of my Land joining Caleb Abet Item I give to my Daughter Rhoda and to her heirs forever one hundred acres of Land called the Noles and my negro man Jack and one fether bead and furniture and one linning wheel and one wooling wheel and one chist and one iron pot and one Stone butter pot and one jugg and one looking glass and one safe Item I give to my grandchild Alla Burnham one Small heifer Item I leave my cattle to be equally devided Between Josiah & Elisha & Rhoda Item I give a small piece of Land to James Spence twenty acres more or less joining on the Land Where he now lives so down to a corner oak that was marked for Charles Hight by ye Sipres Swamp Item I give ye remainder of my estate to my wife Sarah MackBride and do also makeconstitute and ordain her and also my son Josiah my whole and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby disalow revoke and disanull all and every other forms wills legucies and Bequeths and Executors by me in any ways before named willed or bequeathed Rattyfying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and testament in witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day above writen signed sealed published pronounced and delivered by ye sd.
