Son Edward - 270 Acres on Nebegan Creek & he to pay his brothers John & Joshua 
25 pounds when they come of age. Son Stephen - 212 acres. Son John - land 
joining Henery Pendleton. Daughter Sarah Scott - 20 pounds when she comes of 
age. Daughter Elizabeth Scott - 20 pounds when she comes of age. If my wife 
Elizabeth should be with child, whether son or daughter, then ____ pounds to 
said child. Trustees: Friends Edward Mayo, Henery Koonts, Benjamin Pritchard.
