Salisbury is gratified to know that Mr. J.C. Ramsay, a wealthy citizen of 
Pender County, after visiting Charlotte, Asheville and other towns in the 
western part of the State, seeking a desirable location, has decided to make 
this his home. He has rented a house and wired his wife to come. Mr. Ramsay is 
welcomed to the town.
