                        EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern, that EZEKIAL ARRENTON, 
is dead, and that the subscriber qualified as Executor to his estate at May 
Term, 1809, of Perquimans County Court. All those indebted to the said estate 
are requested to make payment; and those having claims to exhibit them within 
the time limited by law, otherwise, they will be barred of recovery.
