CORNELIUS STONE, real plaintiff
        vs.
CALEB NEWBY

Original Attachment: Returned levied on the right of the Defendant's Land 
adjoining the lands of MARY MAE CLINNON, dec'd., the 10th of July, 1817
Signed, MILES ELLIOTT, Constable.

On Motion of the Plaintiff's Attorney it is Ordered that public notice be 
given to the said CALEB NEWBY by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for 
three months that unless he appears at the next term of the said Court of 
Perquimans County on the second Monday of November next, replevy his estate 
and plead to the said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
