                         EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that CALEB GOODWIN, ESQ., 
late of Perquimans County, is dead, and at November Term, 1819, the 
Subscribers qualified as Executors to his last will and testament, and 
earnestly request all persons indebted to the estate to made immediate payment 
as this is the third and last notice, no further indulgence can be admitted. 
Also those having demands against the said deceased are requested to exhibit 
them within the time prescribed by law, or they will be barred of recovery.
