STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   PERQUIMANS COUNTY COURT  Nov. Term, 1806

JOHN & THOMAS GRANBERY
      VS.
THOMAS JONES SR. 

Original Attachment: Returned, levied on the lands of the said THOMAS JONES
                        in the County aforesaid

It being represented to the Court that the Defendant in this suit is an 
inhabitant of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that three months public 
notice be given in the Edenton Gazette notifying the said THOMAS JONES SR.
to appear at the February term, 1807, of Perquimans County Court to replevy 
his property and plead to issue, or final judgment will be entered up against 
him.
