Perquimans County 
Term August 1829

Charles W. Skinner
vs.
James R. Creecy

Original Attachment returned levied on two hundred and twelve dollars with 
interest from August 1827 in the hands of Josiah C. Skinner and due by bond or 
note from said Josiah C. Skinner to James R. Creecy the said defendant in said 
document, resides beyond the limits of this State; It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that public notice be made for two months in the Edenton Gazette 
that unless he appear at the next term of the said Court to be held and 
summoned the said Josiah C. Skinner as garnishee, agreeable to the act of 
Assembly in such case made and provided - and it being suggested to the Court 
that the said James R. Creecy is not within the limits of this State - on the 
second Monday in November next replevy the property and plead to issue final 
judgment will be entered against him.
