Petition for Divorce

Whereas it appears to the Court that two subpoenas have been returned "not to 
be found" against Jeremiah Mixson it is ordered that publication be made for 
three months in the Edenton Gazette and Elizabeth City Star commanding the 
said Jeremiah to appear at the term of this next Court on the 3rd Monday after 
the 4th Monday in March next to show cause if any he has why the prayer of the 
petitioner should not be granted.
