                     EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that JOHN McCOY, late of 
the County of Perquimans, is dead, and that the subscriber at last February 
term, qualified as Executor of his estate. Those indebted are requested to 
make immediate payment and those to whom the estate is indebted are requested 
to present their claims, properly authenticated within the time prescribed by 
law, or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
