Thomas Simons
Vs.
Nazareth Bunch

Partition - tract of land containing 50 acres on Yeopin River

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Nazareth Bunch is not a 
resident of this State; it is therefore ordered that public notice be made for 
six successive weeks that unless he appear at the next term and shew cause if 
any why the said petition shall not be granted, that Commissioners will be 
appointed and partition of said land will be made according to the prayer of 
the petitioner.
