STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     PERQUIMANS COUNTY COURT         NOV. TERM, 1807

SAMUEL NIXON
   vs.
NATHAN DRAPER

Original Attachment: The Officer having made return, levied on the lands 
whereon the said DRAPER formerly lived, adjoining the land of JOSEPH DRAPER, 
JR.

It is ordered by the Court that public notice be given in the Edenton Gazette 
for three months to the said DRAPER that unless he appears at this next term 
and replevy the said property, it will be proceeded against as the law directs.
