STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA           PERQUIMANS COUNTY COURT
May Term, 1809

JOSEPH SUTTON 
    vs.
MRS. CLOAH, widow of WILLIAM REED JR., dec'd, late of Perquimans County

Orginial Attachment on estate returnable to this Court at this Term

It is ordered that public notice be given to the said CLOAH REED, by 
advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for six weeks; that unless she appear at 
the next term of said Court to be held at Hertford on the second Monday in 
August next, replevy her estate and plead to said action, final judgment will 
be entered up against her.
