WILLIAMS Bill to Foreclose In this case, the Defendants having failed to appear and answer the bill of the Complainant and the Court having understood that they are inhabitants of another government, it is ordered that unless they appear and answer to the bill of the complainant, with the three first days of the next Term, the bill will be taken pro confesso and a degree of foreclosure passed against him, and it is further ordered that notice of this rule be given the said Defendants by publication in the Edenton Gazette for the space of six weeks.
