                          EXECUTORS' NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that THOMAS WHITE (of 
JOSIAH) late resident of Perquimans County is dead; the suscribers having this 
day qualified as Executors to his last will and testament require all persons 
having demands on said estate to present them properly adjusted for payment 
within the time prescribed by law, otherwise this notice will be plead agains 
them. Those indebted to said estate can [receive] further indulgence by 
renewing there notes with approved security.
