It appearing to this Court that the Defendant, JEREMIAH MURDEN, is not an 
inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered that public notice be given 
to the said JERIMIAH MURDEN, by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three 
months that unless he appear at the next term of the said Court and replevy 
his estate and plead to the said action, final judgment will be entered up 
against him.
