And as Touching such Worldly Estate as it hath Pleased God to bless me with in this Life I Give, Devise and Dispose of the Same in the following manner and form. Impremis: I Give and Bequeath to my Grand Daughter Mary Morgan one Negro Wench Called and known by the Name of Pegg, to be sold and the Money to be Lodged in the Hands of my Son James Morgan, to Purchase a Slave, for the use of my Grand Daughter Mary Morgan, and She Dying without Heirs Lawfully begotten of her Body, the Money or Slave to Return to him the Said James Morgan, also I give to my Grand Daughter Mary Morgan one Cow Pied Red and white, her and her Increase, also one oval Table. Item, I Give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Miriam Morgan, one Red cow and her Increase. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Cosan, one Ewe and her Increase, also one Sute of Cloths or Damask Gound and Silk petticoat, also one fine Shift Cloths, and five Course Shift Cloths. Item, I Give to my Daughter Sarah Parsons, all my Cloaths, Linnen, and wooling and Hankerchiefs Except one Kuiten? [cotton?] Hankerchief flowered, also Eight Yards and a half of Gasley? also one Bed and Bed Stead, Three Rugs, Three Blankets, Three Sheets, Three Pillows and Curtains There unto belonging, also one Small Trunk, also on Tin pan. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Son John Anderson my Bay horse Called ? and one[this line is on the fold in the paper and unreadable] and also one Tin Pan, also one man’s Sadle and bridle. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Son, James Morgan, all my Stock of Cattle, and their Increase, only Except as Above Said, also one Middle Sized Iron Pot, also one Feather Bed and Bed Stead and Furniture, and Cord?, also two Stocks of Bees, also one Large Trunk, Six Chairs, one Frying pan, also Two Sheep and their Increase, also Three large Pewter Dishes, Three Pewter Basins and one Tin pan, also my Plows and Axes and hoes. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter in Law Ann Morgan, my Riding Horse Called Jockey. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Grand Daughter Jane Anderson, my Side Saddle. Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Son John Anderson, and my Daughter Sarah Parsons, and my Son James Morgan, Three pieces of homespun Linnen to be Equally Divided between them Three. Item, I give and Bequeath to my Son John Anderson and my Daughter Sarah Parsons and my Son James Morgan, all the Remainder Part of my Pewter, and Muggs and Bottles to be Equally Divided between them Three. Item, I give and Bequeath to my Son John Anderson and my Daughter Sarah Parsons and my Son James Morgan all the Remainder Part of my whole Estate, Debts, Dues, and Demands, to be Equally Divided between them Three. I also appoint my Son John Anderson, and my son James Morgan, Executors and Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, And Do hereby disallow, revoke and disannul all and every other former Testaments, Wills, Legacies and Bequests, and Executors by one in any Ways before Granted, Willed and Bequeathed, Ratifying this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament.
