I Moses Rountree of the province of North Carolina and County of Perquimans being in weak and Low Condition but thanks be to all mighty God of sound and perfect memory and Calling to mind the uncertainty of this transetory life and the sertanty of Death Doe Constitute and ordain this to be my laste will and testament in manner and form as foleth viz. Item I give and bequeath unto my son Moses Rountree the plantation where on I now Dwell with all the land there unto belonging and all the demanding part of my land that I now hold in this provance Not debaring his mother from the third part of my plantation During her widowhood to him my said son and his heirs forever I all so give and be unto my sd son two Negro girls Nancy and Rachell but the labour of Nancy to his mother during her widowhood I all so give and bequeath unto my said son one Still and all the Cuterments there unto belonging and one Black walnut Desk and two Cows and Calves and one gun and Large Jinn pot and hooks to him and his heirs for all time. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sary Hollowell one Negro girl named Roseand two Cows and Calves to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hanah Rountree one Negro girl named Bety and two Cows and Calves to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ledy Rountree one Negro girl named Luse and two Cows and Calfs to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and be queath unto my Daughter Ann Rountree one Negro girl named Fellis and two Cows and Calves to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Loving wife Sarah Rountree one feather bed and furneture the chares in my house and one small Iron pott and Hooks and two Cows and Calves and one Riding horse, bridal and sadel to her and her heirs forever. Item I Leve my two Negros Mingo and Zenor to be sould at publick sail for Redy money and the money to be eukely divided between my wife and all my children that shall be alive att the time of the saile. Item I leave all the remaining part of my Estate to be eukely divided between my loving wife Sarah Rountree and all my Children to them and their heirs forever. Item I consetute and ordain and apoint my loving wife Sary Rountree and Nicholas Stalling and my son Moses Rountree to be my hole and soul exectors to see this last will and testement full filled and performed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and testement as witness my hand and seal this twenty first day of July 1755.
