Thence south including John COOPER, James QUISTENBURY, David MITCHELL, William CARSON, Overton GOODMAN, John RANEY, and Moses CARSON on the east. Thence east including James COKELEYS old place, Robert JORDAN, John MURDOCK, and John WILSON on the north to the beginning. St Lawrence District.... The twelfth district begins at Virginia line running south.
