Know all Men by These Presents: That We Samuel A Dixon Jr and Susan M. Dixon his wife of the County of Johnson in the State of Arkansas do hereby appoint Lullala(sp) B. Dixon of the County of Person, in the State of North Carolina our agent and attorney in fact for us and in our names to make execute and deliver a good and Sufficient Deed Conveying all our right title and interest in or to a certain tract of land lying in Person County North Carolina, which was willed by John Dixon to Samuel A. Dixon for and during the natural life of the Said Samuel A. Dixon and after the death of the Said Samuel A Dixon to go to the children of the Said Samuel A. Dixon. And to receive all moneys due us from the proceeds of the sale of the lands aforesaid . Said lands being more fully described in the last will and testament of the Said John Dixon on record in Person County N. C. and to do and perform all such other matters as may be necessary and expedient for the purpose of carrying out the objects above mentioned, and hereby ratify and confirm all that our said agent may do in said premises.
