COURT DECREED SALE
Will be sold to the highest bidder for ready money at the Dwelling house of 
OSBORN JEFFRYS, SR. of Person County, on the 7th day of April next, 3,544 
acres of land, more or less; and twenty five Negroes, consisting of men, women 
and children, stock of horses, cattle, hogs, and all the goods and chattels of 
the said OSBORN JEFFRYS SR. or so much thereof as will satisfy sundry 
execution issued from Person County Court, in favor of JAMES COTHAN HOLLOWAY 
and  HANSUD and GRACY, and ANDERSON.
