JOHN M. M’GEHEE
                 
            Vs.

WILLIAM HOUSTON and others

In this case, it is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the Defendants do file their answer 
to the file of Complainat within the first three days of next term, at Person 
Superior Court, on the 2nd Monday of September next, the bill will be taken 
pro confesso against him.
Witness, JAMES THOMSON, Clerk of our Court on the 17th of March A.D. 1807.
